For a refund or exchange to be made all goods must be returned, unused and undamaged in any way, within 14 days of their receipt by you.
At Christmas time the returns period is extended until 14 days from Christmas Day (8th January). No refunds will be given for returns received by us after this date will unless prior notification by email or telephone has been received.

Please complete the reverse of the invoice and enclose the whole sheet with your return.
UK RETURNS:The goods are your responsibility until they have been received back by us so please obtain the free 'proof of posting' certificate from the Post Office.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:The goods are your responsibility until they have been received back by us so we recommend you consider insuring them.
If you wish to have a refund this will be made in the same way as the payment. The original postage & packing charge is non-refundable.
