Arthur LIberty opened his first shop in London called the 'East India House' in 1875 selling oriental imports but it wasn't until the 1920's that they started to produce what we all know of so fondly as Liberty Prints.
We have three lovely examples of their prints which are available in pure silk mid wrap around calf length robes with a shawl collar. They have two pockets in the side seams and inside ties.
'Flowers' is based on design by Sir Cedric Morris who is well known for his portraits, landscapes and of course flowers...
The other two designs are 'Rose Gardens' and 'Wild Flora' and any of these would make a truly special gift.
These are handmade for you so please allow two weeks for despatch.
